Wetaskiwin Composite High School major modernization begun September 2015 with a budget is in excess of 19 million dollars. The work was done in stages for the school to be usable during the modernization. The first stage was completed in the fall of 2016 that included the East Gymnasium being expanded, science and math classrooms renovated and the electrical systems updated in the school. We met the final completion date of September 2017.

The Rosealta Lodge in Camrose required an expansion of its 65 unit lodge. The newly constructed 40 unit addition completed in 2016 was a three-storey, stand-alone entity joined to the existing lodge with a link. Renovations to the existing lodge include upgrades to fire alarm and door access systems, nurse call system, wireless network, and sprinkler system.

LEDUC FIRE STATION

A new 2-bay fire station was completed in the fall of 2015 in the west end of Leduc located on the south side of Highway 39 just west of the West Haven neighbourhood. The building has two drive-through apparatus bays, 8 dorm rooms and support spaces. Great effort was taken in the design to marry the importance of Civic Image with cost frugalness.

An interior renovation and fit out of the 14th Floor of an office building in downtown Edmonton. The construction work was scheduled around the ongoing operations of the existing tenants and building systems that included at times 24-hour shift and evening work and completed in 2015.

WESTLOCK SPIRIT CENTRE 

Westlock, AB, June 2012

General Contractor: Brenex Building Corporation

Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre began construction of this $15 million project in 2011 and opened June of 2012 features a field house, arena, walking track, weight room, fitness class rooms, curling rink and viewing area, all-purpose rooms, and child minding area.  This building is becoming and will be a hub of activity in the community.

DEVON ARENA EXPANSION & RENOVATION

Construction of the $2.9 million project completed on time in June 2011 which included a redone south end lounge area, full kitchen/concession, roomier change rooms, and several new upgraded safety measures.
